Meet our team.

Dr Keerthana Reddy, DDS

Dr. Keerthana Reddy has been working part-time in our office since 2022 and has recently assumed ownership of the practice. Many of you have already met Dr. Kee, as she is known to her patients, and have mentioned how kind and thorough she is. Dr. Kee graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the highly respected Bapuji Dental College at Rajiv Gandhi University. She moved to Canada in 2007 and in 2012, she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr Kee is a very good fit for our practice – gentle and highly skilled with a great ability to make patients feel calm and relaxed. Dr. Kee enjoys providing dental care to children and has a soft spot for seniors. She has a special interest in incorporating orthodontics with a focus on growth and development interventions in children.

Having practiced dentistry in Orangeville for more than a decade it has been her hope to own a practice in Caledon, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She enjoys living in this area, loves to garden, travel  and spend time with her family and friends.

She has been a great asset to our practice and looks forward to making you smile. Her motto is "treat everyone the way you like to be treated". Have a fear of dentists? Come see us. Dr. Kee will make you feel comfortable and relaxed, no matter how big or small your procedure is, she will cater to your individual needs.

Susanne Ball, RDH

Susanne has helped tend Elmtree's roots since its inception in 1989 and throughout the years has set the standard for what truly exceptional hygienist performance looks like. She is known for her gentle touch and for developing a personal rapport with an array of clients that she considers “part of the family”. Susanne cherishes the opportunity to witness her client’s journeys through life and health, treating some individuals for as long as 35 years!

This seasoned hygienist’s love for oral health was sparked at the young age of 12 years old, when she received orthodontic treatment from a dental student and was immediately captivated by the idea of being part of a circle of care. After her valedictory graduation from Seneca College, receiving her Dental Assisting Diploma in 1981, she decided she wanted to be more actively involved in the dental process and proceeded to achieve her Dental Hygiene licence in 1986. Susanne continues to be as passionate about her vocation as she was on the day she started. Her greatest reward is in providing all her clients with comprehensive tools and knowledge to inspire oral wellbeing. Her belief is that through high tech, prevention-oriented, individualised care we can yield positive results that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Susanne also has a wonderful talent for educating and connecting with young people, often demonstrating preventive dentistry to local community groups such as Girl Guides, Nursery Schools and Grade Schools since 1994. On her own time Susanne takes great joy in pursuing outdoor activities in Caledon and the Muskokas such as water skiing or kayaking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. When she’s not on the lake or the trail, Susanne can often be found gazing at the night sky in the loving company of her grandkids at a family campfire.

Jasmine, CDA 2

As a Certified Dental Assistant (Level II), Jasmine is the steward of our client’s dental health journey and often the first face they see during their treatment process. She cherishes the opportunity to provide safety and kindness to anyone in need. Helping to ease the anxiety of patients and make their experience at the dentist a supportive and comfortable one is what brings Jasmine peace. With a calming nature about her, Jasmine’s heart is always in the right place. Evidence of her care can even be seen around the clinic, as her green thumb is responsible for the thriving jade plants in our waiting room window wells.

Jasmine attended Georgian College in Barrie and went straight into the dental industry after graduation in efforts to follow her interests while supporting her family. She has been a member of the ODAA since 2013, and has been a friendly face at Elmtree since 2018. Besides excelling as a Dental Assistant, Jasmine is a state of the art poster-girl for community aid through her fundraising for food banks at Family Transition Place, to working with the Westminster United Church in Orangeville, and volunteering at Headwaters Health Care Centre. Jasmine is the first to let other know “if someone needs a hand, my hand is there.”

When asked about how she likes to spend time outside the clinic, Jasmine enthusiastically shares about her love for hiking on the many trails in Caledon. She likes to spend her time listening to podcasts, dancing, reading and travelling. Jasmine has a rich inner life whether she is on her own or in the beautiful company of her family and friends.

Amanda T, RDH

Amanda is a dental hygienist who has been lighting up our office since 2009. She is a brilliant practitioner who creates an environment where patients can receive the highest standard of dental care while actually relaxing and enjoying themselves. When graduating from Canadore College in 2008 she attained the highest average of her school year, achieving the Governor General’s Award.

Amanda excels at helping patients feel at home while comprehensively providing hands-on dental advice at every level, leaving no question unanswered. She enjoys working with all ages, although with two young athletic kids she especially understands the importance of family values and connecting with others in her community. You can count on her to care about your story, greet you with a smile, and ask how your day is going.

Amanda now lives in Erin and spends her off time camping, traveling and enjoying live music - preferably from a summer patio. If you’re looking for a professional and experienced practitioner whose company feels like the familiar ease of getting coffee with a friend, Amanda is the hygienist for you and your family.

Beverley, CDA 2

As a Certified Dental Assitant (Level II) Beverley knows that dentistry has the potential to make some people nervous, so she understands the responsibility that comes with being the first step in the care of each client. With a brilliant sense of humour and a friendly face, no one can diffuse tension with familiarity and kindness the way our assistant can. Bev is the communicative bridge between treatment and application, translating care into action for her clients. If you have a question, Beverley will always take the time to make sure you not only get the answer but that you feel comfortable with the direction you are given. Beyond that, when she is in the room you know that you have someone who is always caring for you and your level of comfort and safety during the process of your treatment.

Beverley joined our team in 2012 and has been making friends and helping clients ever since. She achieved her CDA 2 from Southwestern Medix in 2003 and has always enjoyed the opportunity to help other people through her work. With a bright disposition, she loves checking in with clients to celebrate their own journeys and milestones.

Outside of work, Bev lights up when speaking about her passion for music. She has always attended concerts and is forever adding to her extensive mental discography of great tunes. In her free time Beverley also loves camping with her boys and spending quality time with the family.

Sheri, CDA 2

Sheri came to the office’s rescue in 2020 with over 20 years of dental experience in a range of roles. After going to school get her level II in Dental Assistance she graduated with honours from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries. Previously, Sheri specialised in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and could be found volunteering as a Medical First Responder with St John Ambulance to raise annual funds for the Weekend to End Cancer. Sheri is truly the glue that holds our office together. With grace and a great sense of humour, you can count on her to take care of business. You can catch Sheri working reception, assisting chair-side or choreographing the everyday functions of our clinic as our irreplaceable office manager.

Sheri advises others as if she was making decisions for her own mouth, giving a trusted and practiced opinion of what is best for each treatment plan. What she likes most about her job is the ability to affect positive change in the lives of our clients. Hearing that someone can finally smile with confidence again and knowing that we have truly benefited their lives through dental work is what lets her know a difference is really being made.

As an Orangeville local and renown animal lover, Sheri also loves connecting with nature. She adores being outdoors as much as she enjoys being active, with a history playing hockey and practicing solo sports like kayaking, swimming, and hiking. In her spare time Sheri can be found practicing hobbies such as woodworking, refinishing furniture, or experimenting with home renovation.
